Learn how to make a border on a picture!

1. open the picture you want to make a border on.
2. create a copy layer ( ctrl+c -> ctrl+v)
3. go to 'Edit' choose 'stroke'
4. A pop up will apear choose your setings.


5. Click 'OK' and wolla! You have made yourself a border!
